1. Junior Broker
Job description:
- Prepare offers, contracts, electronic proposals;
- Attend meetings, negotiate contractual terms and follow up;
- Update database and do market research;
- Produce presentations and reports to clients;
- Perform selling activities and offer consultancy to potential clients.

2. Marketing Executive - Residential Division
Job description:
- Coordinating the monthly residential projects newsletter;
- Marketing budgeting;
- Checking and proofreading the marketing materials;
- Coordinating and checking the residential projects websites and promotional materials (brochures, press ads, etc);
- Writing press releases;
- Maintaining the communication with the advertising and media companies, and other suppliers;
- Assisting the Marketing Coordinator in all daily activities;
- Taking part in marketing and sales meetings;
- Making marketing presentations for the Colliers clients.
