Looking back to 2008, when several projects were promoted on the market and other 15 were announced for the following years, we are now witnessing a changing market, with an offer hard to estimate. What is certain is that Seasons Residence goes further on, as it was announced at the launching, almost a year ago.
Although we are facing uncertain times, the interest of the market still exists as we are contacted daily by new clients, who are coming to visit us at our showroom or on the construction site. Besides the classic criteria in choosing an apartment in a new residential compound, other issues have become very important as the developer's experience, the financing situation of the project and the team behind it.
