Green Lake - The second phase of development has been launched!

With a new and modern concept and a privileged location near the lake, the Green Lake project has been very successful on the market, the first phase being completely sold since the fall of last year.

In February the second and last phase of development has also been launched, the buyers being once again able to choose from a complete offer of apartments and villas. With the delivery date set for the first semester of 2010, the second phase comprises 461 apartments with 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms and 19 villas.

Green Lake Residences is being developed on a 110,000 sq m plot of land in the north of Bucharest, on Gheorghe Ionescu Sisesti Road, and comprises no less that 621 available residences in 17 types, from single family villas to studios in apartment buildings. Moreover, Green Lake is being build on the shore of lake Grivita, with a 225 m long opening to the lake. The location on the lake shore, near the airport and the city center, but still away from the pollution and turmoil of the city, makes Green Lake the ideal place to live in.

This area has been strongly developed in the last months due to major infrastructure improvements. The paving of Ion Ionescu de la Brad Boulevard has been finalizes, the street now having 4 traffic lanes. In addition Gh. Ionescu Sisesti Street is being paved and enlarged to 4 lanes, the construction works being 90% finalized. Jandarmeriei Boulevard has also been paved, facilitating the access to the National Road 1. The roundabout created under the bridge on the National Road 1 also improves the traffic flow towards Jandarmeriei Boulevard and the project.

Green Lake is more than another ordinary residential project, creating through the facilities offered an entire universe for the modern person: security, parking spaces, retail spaces, private kindergarten, gym and sport courts, tennis courts, yachting club, restaurant and dry cleaning. Green Lake is more like a holiday destination than a classic residential project.

The buildings in the first phase of development are 90% finalized, being on schedule for the September 2008 delivery, and the construction works for the second phase have also been started.
